Delete User Data

To delete your user data from TinyCloud, please send an email request from the email address associated with your account to: [email protected]

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed. For security purposes, we can only accept deletion requests from the email address registered to your account.

Partial Data Deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active.

How to Request Partial Deletion:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address
2. Specify which data you would like deleted:
   • Voice recordings
   • Conversation transcripts
   • Generated summaries and insights
   • Usage analytics
   • Device information

Processing Time & Notes

• We will process your partial deletion request within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once completed
• Some basic account information must be retained to maintain your active account
